The running shoes which are required for the flat feet should be the one which provides the best comfort and convenience.


Those who have flat feet sometimes are very frustrated as they can’t find the exact accessories for themselves – like the shoes.   If you notice the flat feet print then you will see that it looks just like a blob which has been outlined in the general shape of a foot.   You can use a piece of paper to take your footprint and check it out.   If you have flat feet then you will not have any curve from the inward of the toe to the heels.   Another significant characteristic is that when you press firmly on any surface, your foot seems to spread out.

The shoes meant for running were created thinking about the runner so the shoes were provided with enough padding and cushion material was used for extra flexibility.  Never try shoes with too many layers of padding as they will exert pressure to your feet making it feel more uncomfortable.   Do not try to wear shoes with too much curve and the shoe should have only a single padding inside it.


Unless you wear the shoe which is meant for flat footed person you will develop different health problems in future.   If you run long distances regularly with the shoes not meant for flat foot then you will experience imbalance form the flat portion of the feet to the upper portion of the leg.   The condition of the shoe may cause you knee and leg injuries.
